Scenario

Alana Higman, a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan, and her family are competing to win the team’s Fan of the Year competition, judged by Fan Engagement Director Derrick. Happy Holidays.

The movie was filmed at historic Independence Square in Independence, Missouri, which actually looks like this all year round. The locations where the Higman family store and Norma and Nick’s BBQ Restaurant were located are also real-life family stores.

I thought it was a cute movie

It’s a sports theme, and I loved the little Easter eggs (Donna Kelce, Andy Reid, and retired senior players) that were featured in the movie. It’s definitely a great movie that always tries to get the high-profile family involved.

This movie is a great departure from the usual “strong leading lady who comes to a small town to fix things” and hits the spot. Overall though, it was a typical and still nice Christmas themed movie, even though it wasn’t as big a theme as football.

I highly recommend watching the movie, especially if you’re a woman who likes sports and romance
